Why create a web module?

The aim of this web module is to support candidates and make suggestions to help with their pathway to success. I am using my own experiences and time working with hundreds of Mountain Training candidates to help shape this module. I hope some of the suggestions help you to create a developmental pathway that allows you to flourish on your assessment. Assessment should be a positive process where you get the opportunity to get feedback on where you are in relation to the standard and syllabus. You should have opportunity to grow and learn more to support you when you are out using that qualification in the future. Once assessment is done, the learning never stops, that is one of the great things. The consolidation period is all about your personal aand professional growth, and the time after assessment is a continuation of this.
